Bad smell from under arms n mouth

From last 1.5 year i hv a problem of bad smell from under arm n recently having problem of bad mouth smell also even after taking bath n doing brush 2 times in a day...before i never had these problems of bad smelling..what should i do with this problem coutionusly i m having sweat in under arm...
