I've been experiencing persistent sneezing for quite some time now. I think it started in April 2017. I have been to the hospital and the otorhinolaryngologist gave me CERTIRIZINE and a nasal spray. That mininimized the problem but it has began again. This is how it happens.
1. When I wake up in the morning, I sneeze continually for about 3-5 times.
2. Later in the afternoons, I may sneeze just once or twice.
3. Sometimes it happens before bed time too.
4. Sometimes it's closely followed by a cold.
PS.
I haven't changed my diet to any particular ingredient.
I haven't changed my environment (both work and home)
