Dietary restriction like avoiding heavy meals
take small meals and strictly avoid outside and spicy meal.
Take syrup Gaviscon 10l each time post meal along for 1 month. Continue taking pan L for 1 month.
Avoid late night meals.
Don't sleep immediately after taking meal
and keep head high while sleeping.
With this gradually symptoms will decrease.
Dietary restriction u have to follow.
Surgery can cure hiatus but heart burn can persist even after surgery.
So right now follow dietary advice and medicines.
Next Steps
