Piles and fissure both are fully treatable. Try to avoid all the maida, oily, fried and spicy food in your diet. Include lot of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Avoid non veg in your food and try you don’t have constipation. Ayurveda has very good treatment for piles and fissure along with lifestyle management but for treatment we need a detailed history so it would be best if you come for online consultation.

Your symptoms suggest chronic constipation with anal inflammation (possibly fissures/hemorrhoids). For long-term relief: Lifestyle Changes: Drink 3-4L water, eat fiber-rich foods, avoid spicy/fried foods. Fix toilet routine, walk 30 min daily, practice Pawanmuktasana & Vajrasana. Ayurvedic Remedies: For Constipation: Triphala Churna (1 tsp, bedtime), Isabgol Husk. For Healing: Apply Jatyadi/Yashtimadhu Taila, take Gandhak Rasayan + Avipattikar Churna. For Digestion: Takrarishta (10ml after meals), Bilwadi Churna (if bloating). Sitz Bath & Cleansing: Sitz bath with Triphala decoction. Use soft wet tissues instead of toilet paper, apply aloe vera/coconut oil. Permanent Relief: Follow diet, herbs, and stress management consistently for 3-6 months.

Hi, First rule out the cause for your constipation, it may be due to.. 1.lack of fibres in foods, 2.less water intake 3.sitting in one place for longer periods without a mobility, 4.irregular dietary habits, Stress 5. In Ayurveda we consider agnimandya ( Low digestive power) is the main reason for constipation. So treating your digestive power is also important Due to hard stools it rubs and cut the anal canal route (maybe Anal fissure) and cause burning sensation after passing the stool
Next Steps
Consult Ayurvedic doctor for further understanding of your lifestyle and your body type so that they can plan proper treatment for you
