Permanent rashes after Waxing

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I got waxing done on my arms approximately 2 years ago and since then have permanent red pimple kind of thing on my arms. Just a few days ago I again got Waxing done on my arms and legs and this time got red pimple thing again but now it itches. Is it something bad? What should I do?
