Permanent cure to stomach acid
Kindly let me know what are the causes and permanent cure to the problems caused by stomach acid, I am suffering from the same from last 6 months.

The so called acid problem can be due to many disease processes. You have to inform all the details after which it will be decided whether to investigate or not. Specific medications are there which need to be taken in a sequencial manner over a period of time.

Stress, inadequate sleep, excess tea/coffee, spicy diet, inadequate dietary fibre, smoking and alcohol are some of the main causes.There is no permanent cure. Correction of the above factors is beneficial.
