Peripheral smear blood test report

Asked for Female, 33 Years

Hii my report impression is MICROCYTIC HYPOCHROMIC WITH THROBOCYTOSIS this is in my report of peripheral smear blood test . I am anemic my iron serum is 24 value I have severe b12 and vit d deficiency my hemoglobin is 11.3 my hba1c is 7.1 taking iron supplements since 3 months but no improvement in iron level, is there any serious disease like cancer??? or what that report means please guide me.

Hi , Please tell me.what was your hemoglobin initially, I think now it came to 11.3. Also tell me what is ur present iron level if tested. Donot worry unnecessarily. Are u having any black colored stools, blood in stools or unexplained fever, weight loss or loss of appetite significantly? If are not having any issues them need not panic, please be assured
