Asked for Female, 19 Years

Today I had really bad extremity tingling, wrist and finger spasms, and lightheadedness. I didn’t sleep the night before (happens a lot, i have mild insomnia but sometimes my meds dont work), I had super crazy palpitations after taking my meds (70mg vyvanse, ~2 years), and then the tingling stuff followed. I have hypotension and anemia too. Is that orthostatic hypotension or is it something more serious i should get checked out?Like some peripheral neuropathy?Also have a fever,respiratory infec
