Asked for Male, 27 Years

Hello Team, I mostly stay 3-5 hours out in sun in Industrial area of Rajasthan. Now I have a tanned face with dark circle from past two years. Two doctors online suggested me to go for (1) Glyco A 12% OR (2) Kojic cream and salicylic acid 2% face wash (3) suncros aqua 26 spf OR (4) ultra grace 30 spf. Kindly suggest me if this (1 OR 2) creams are safe or there are any better safe alternative, also (3 OR 4) which sun screen is better ?
