Home remedies are temporary, often ineffective. Sometimes they can cause more problems. You will require prescription creams.
However, there are a few things you can do at home to prevent them from worsening. Sleep well at night, reduce stress levels. Do not rub your eyes or scrub the skin around. Eat brightly coloured fruits and vegetables, including citrus fruits. Make sure you protect yourself from sunlight with physical measures as well as a good sunscreen.
