Should find the cause for the perioral dermatitis. Any history of atopic dermatitis, asthma, allergy, contact dermatitis, secondary to the cosmetic usage, OCD.
- chronic use of Mometazone should be stopped.

- use of mild cleansers like - cetaphil cleansing lotion twice a day
- use of moisturisers at bed time - Dewsoft cream
- visit a dermatologist, based on the present condition of the lesion the treatment can be advised
