You didn't mention the age of the patient about whom you are asking this question.
Thanks to the Sonologist who mentioned that the " Postmenopausal Endometrial thickness of 7.6 mm which is not normal".
If the patient is menopausal for 4 years then she is a case of Postmenopausal bleeding.
She needs a complete physical examination, pap smear, Endometrial biopsy , and further management as per the findings.
She should consult with a Gynaecologist in her area as soon as possible.
This is called postmenopausal bleeding n needs to be evaluated in the form of papsmear once bleeding stops n a biopsy asap
