I'm not getting my periods from 3 months I have pcod but last time when I was on contraceptives when I stop taking them my condition worsened I was having pimples all over my face and so much itching and then after that I never consult any doctor just doing my regular workout and good diet but from 3 months I was not regular please suggest me what to do as I'm not gonna take any contraceptive pills further
