I took sysron for 4 days till 19 dec on 20th i had unprotected sex and took ipill on very next day, is it safe, i dint hve period for now.

You took Sysron for 4 days till 19 December. Does it mean that the date of your last period is 10 to 15 December?
If that be so, then you had sex relations during the fertile period. After that you took I pill. Today is 7 days after I pill.
I think you will have to wait till the date of your next period. Only after that you will be sure that you are not pregnant.
