Periods problem
My periods usually last for 6 days.. but for the past three months it lasted for 8days.. and the bleeding was less..last month i dint have my periods and this month i had it 10days later and the bleeding is less..!! and i hav put on weight..does increase in weight causes less bleeding or irregular periods..? and do we gain weight if we dont get our periods regularly..?

Certainly increased weight causes irregular periods, but then 2 changed cycle doesn't warrant treatment. Keep weight under check. The more weight u gain will cause anovulatory cycles n then irregular periods.
