Depending on your cycle length., most common reason for delay is a pregnancy. Urine test may not be accurate. Do a blood test to confirm pregnancy. If negative, can take tablets for withdrawal bleeding. However, do maintain a menstrual calendar and seek consultation if it happens in further cycles as well.
