Periods problem
Hello doc, i hv missed by periods by last 8 days...after 8th day i m feeling very lazy and not able to eat anything due to any food smell and sometime feverish...just want to knw the reason

Thank you for your question.
If you are sexually active you need to do a pregnancy test first. If not you may wait for another 7 days for your period. If it does not come your doctor can prescribe some progesterone tablets for you to get s bleed. If this is the first time this has happened you need not do anything further than keep a diary of your periods for the next three months. If the problem recurs you may need further investigations. Your doctor will be able to guide you regarding these.
