In case of regular periods pregnancy test can be done on day 37 counting from the one of the periods The day you bleed either naturally or with medicines that is your periods no it is not mandatory to have nausea or constipation in pregnancy

Pregnancy test should be done after you miss your period date. Nausea is not mandatory. Constipation is common.
