I am having severe aches during my periods . Can you please suggest me with appropriate medication without side effects.

If pain is not subsiding with hot fomentation and your regular medications, please visit your doctor for check up and if required ultrasound.

Take Tablet Pamaspas three times a day for three days during periods

Do cat stretch exercise during periods and drink lots of water and fruits juices Take a boiled egg daily Cholecalciferol sachet 60 K for twice a week for six weeks and weekly thereafter for life
