Periods occurring after having ipill.

Question

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I had sex on 23rd September & took ipill within 24 hours. On 4th October my menstruation has started & continues upto 12th October. Again from 15th October I had a heavily bleeding & continued upto 23rd October. On 16th October I took progestration tablet for 7 days to reduce bleeding. Now, from 26th night I have some brown discharge. What shall I do?... Is there a any chance of pregenency or miscarriage?. Please help
