The answer to your question depends on if you been taking this homeopathic medicine since long and if your cycles have been irregular before. Light bleeding( hypomenorrhoea) can happen and is not worrisome in most of the cases. Firsly, You can start with lifestyle modifications and exercise. Also get an ultrasound done to rule out PCOS. You can be started on medications that will cause withdrawal bleeding if you are not planning on conception. ( 5 day course of tablets, one week later you will get your periods)
