Periods late tested negative spotting

Asked for Female, 23 Years

My last period is August 31 (27 days cycle) I had sex with my husband on September 19, planning for pregnancy.i didn't get my periods yet but no symptoms of pregnancy neither. I had tried home pregnancy test with salt and sugar but got negative but I had Light spotting like a line mark but no periods bleeding. Getting cramps. We're intimating daily for pregnancy planning. What to do doctor.
