Periods delayed..tested negative

Asked for Female, 31 Years

My periods got delayed.. 13 days late from the date of period.. Had Sysron Ncr ..as diagnosed by my gynae..pregnancy test was negative.. Taken medicine for five days...after that 4 days have been passed.. Still not getting periods.. Plz. Help me what to do
