My Periods Are Late, Negative Urine Test - My Periods Are 18

My periods are late, negative urine test

My periods are 18 days late(my cycle is of 28 days) I had intercourse on 24th March and my expected period date was 1 April I did urine test on 8 & 10 April which was negative and beta HCG on 13 April which was 1.20 What can be the issue? Is there still any chance of getting pregnant?
