Periods issue
My period started 2 days earlier than my expected date this time, and the bleeding has been very heavy. Today is the third day but I’m still experiencing very heavy bleeding.

Starting a couple of days early and bleeding heavily through day three can happen with a single anovulatory cycle, but it's also how fibroids, polyps or a hormonal imbalance show up. A one-off heavy cycle doesn't always need treatment, but one this heavy for three days straight is worth getting checked.
Next Steps
See a gynaecologist this week for a pelvic ultrasound and a blood count to check for anaemia. Keep track of how often you're changing pads, since soaking through one every hour is significant.
Health Tips
Go in urgently for dizziness, a racing heart, or soaking through a pad every hour for more than two hours straight.
