Periods issue
My flow has been reduced during periods. Earlier it used to continue for 3 days but frm last month it has reduced to 1 day only. What is the reason behind this?

Do you have history of delayed or irregular periods, as you might be having hormonal imbalance or pcos, it can be due to stress also You should get an ultrasound, & thyroid tests of you done and consult with the reports.

Reduced blood flow for one month is not something to worry about. Wait and if this problem persists then you need to consult your gynae for investigations to rule out possible causes.
