Periods issue

My flow has been reduced during periods. Earlier it used to continue for 3 days but frm last month it has reduced to 1 day only. What is the reason behind this?

Reduced blood flow for one month is not something to worry about. Wait and if this problem persists then you need to consult your gynae for investigations to rule out possible causes.

Do you have history of delayed or irregular periods, as you might be having hormonal imbalance or pcos, it can be due to stress also You should get an ultrasound, & thyroid tests of you done and consult with the reports.

Hello there..... In a normal menstrual cycle, a balance between the hormones estrogen and progesterone regulates the buildup of the lining of the uterus (endometrium), which is shed during menstruation. If a hormone imbalance occurs, mentrual irregularities occurs..... Consult Gynecologist for further evaluation and treatment....
