Periods issue
I had my periods on 27 th Jan, and for severe periods pain i was taking meprate 10mg one per day as per the doctor consultation but I have never had irregular periods I always get my periods before 2 to 3 days of the actual date, only the problem was periods pain. But after taking the meprate tablets for 10 days it ended on 27th Feb but I am not getting my periods yet. Also after ultrasound the report showed I have a PCOS problem "Bulky right ovary with PCOS morphology. Adv-Clinico-hormonal correlation."

PCOD cannot be diagnosed on the base of only Ultrasound . You also need to get your hormone profile done to Confirm PCOD . About your irregular You can discuss about OCs with your doctor. Also you need to get your basic investigations, done like your haemoglobin levels, thyroid, vitamin D and serum Prolactinlevels And you need to correct them first if you still have period pain then you can discuss with your doctor about other options like oral contraceptive pills
