Periods irregularities

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Mam/sir, I usually suffer prolonged periods and since past 15 days I m bleeding .I have earlier consulted a doctor and I was administered on tranexamic acid ..but this problem occurred again and on recommendation of a physician I get tvs pelvis done with a result of polysistic appearing ovaries..kindly suggest me regarding this ..I am 26 year old married woman ...thanks
