Asked for Female, 22 Years

My period cycle has been irregular from past couple of months. Also last month I notice that I usually bleed for 4-5 days. but last time it lasted for only 1 and an half day. where the blood was dark in colour also it was very painful. Also, I think this is the reason of my acne sport's not reducing. Please suggest
