Hi
For the first three days of my periods I prefer resting/lying down most of the time , even during the day as it gives comfort from the pain..flow is normal
Is this wrong and should one necessarily keep active

You can see your comfort no issue with that.
If pain is unbearable you should a pelvic scan done.
Usually occasional pain killer can also make your life easy .

Dats absolutely normal to take rest during periods. But obviously body needs some movements too.
