Periods during Novelon course
My wife is undergoing treatment for irregular periods, for which she started taking the Novelon tablets for the 21-day course. She was told to do this for 4 months.
However, in the middle of this 21-day course, she got her periods again. Should she continue the 21-day course, start a new 21-day course, or just stop for now and start a new 21-day course at the start of her next periods?

When did she start the pack? If she started the pack on day 1/2 of menses then continue 21 days followed by 7 days gap and start tge 21 day pill again.
