My first day of my last period was 27th November which lasted 5 days I then spotted once on 12th december and had nothing since what could this be

If u r sexually active do a urine pregnancy test.. As u could be pregnant. However if u r not sexually active reasons could be many from hormonal issues , thyroid disorders , pcos , endometriosis etc. Do an ultrasound pelvis as baseline to know the reason
