Period discharge lasts for 3 days
Hi Doc,
I am a 32 yr old and unmarried woman.
I observed that earlier my periods last for 5 days with spotting on 5th days, but now my periods only last for 3 days.
This is since 8-9 months. I am worried that after marriage I should not have any complications for pregnancy. my cycle is on time. I do not have any other medical complication.
Please tell me if this could create any issues while pregnancy also what are things I should do to keep my fertility system healthy.

Relax dear but be sure your periods are sure.if needed you better do check your thyroid status and an routine pelvic USG to see everything to be fine as a preventive health check

Hi. As long as the periods are on time there should be no problem . You should not put on weight . Excersise daily . Do one Scan to rule out Pcos . Do thyroid function tests .
