Periods came back after 10 days.

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I have got my periods back within 10 days of last cycle.For the last week i have been suffering from high.not taking medicines fr last 2 days.medicine had caused constipation and blood through stools.Tests suggested that i have typhoid but doctor said its negligible. (1:160) I was taking IMOL PLUS for fever.wat can be the cause of periods ?
