Get done Bhcg for confirmation of pregnancy.It is blood test and done in laboratory.If comes negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting with the gynaecologist.

In case of delayed period, she need to do pregnany test by urine or blood HCG test
