  4. Late Periods. Period? is she pregnant?

My female friend have PCOD, her period date was 15-april-2024 but till now her period not started, its already 1 month now and period not came She did pregnancy test 4 times, one time per week but the results were negative What is the reason for her late period? Is she pregnant?

One month would be on 15th of May Up to 37 days cycle is considered normal Wait till 22nd of May Pregnancy test can be done only 24 hours after a skipped period so in your case any test done before the 16th of May would be wrongly timed and negative

Please ask her to get a sonography of the lower abdomen, Blood sugar and Thyroid profile done and consult a Gynaecologist.

Get BetaHCG test to confirm. Ultrasound scan and hormonal profile to be done to know the cause.
