Hello
Having gum recession, sensitivity and gum pain at just 34 indicates there might be some secondary systemic illness or disease. I would recommend that you get your blood tests done, specially get yourself checked for diabetic profile because that is one of the most common reasons of having gum recession and gum problems.
It would be better if you could upload some photographs for a better clarity. Coming to the treatment of this: 1st of all a proper examination is needed followed by deep scaling and curettage. You will be called for follow ups, at the end flap surgery might be required for the treatment but that again depends upon the follow ups and your maintenance.
So it would be better that you visit a periodontist or a gum specialist and get a proper treatment done
Your xray shows mild to moderate bone loss, pointing towards gum infection entering the bone and eating away your bone. However, good news is that, all these can be normalized and the infecting stopped.
We can't see gum recession in an xray, but the severe sensitivity can be due to few decayed teeth and abrasion of teeth as seen on the xray.
All these can be set right once you visit a dentist, especially a Periodontist.
You will need deep cleaning, fillings and desensitizing toothpaste. If your gum infection doesn't settle with these treatments, you may need further gum treatment and can be controlled non-surgically with lasers at this stage

you may visit us if it is convenient for you. I am a Periodontist and laser specialist and can help in alleviating your problem

Hello maam,
Gum recession is a periodontal disease. It can cause sesitivity and even pain.
Mild gum recession may be able to be treated by your dentist by deep cleaning the affected area. During the deep cleaning also called tooth scaling and root planing plaque and tartar that has built up on the teeth and root surfaces below the gum line is carefully removed and the exposed root area is smoothed to make it more difficult for bacteria to attach itself.
Antibiotics also may be given to get rid of any remaining harmful bacteria.
If your gum recession cannot be treated with deep cleaning because of excess loss of bone and pockets that are too deep, gum surgery may be required to repair the damage caused by gum recession.
