What's the ideal interval time between 2 periods?
Earlier I used to get periods 3-4 days after the due date but now I'm getting it 4-5 days before the actual due date. So, just wanted to confirm if it's normal or not!

Both situation of yours are normal. 7 days variation from the due date of period is considered normal
