Period regularisation after ectopic
I was treated using methotrexate for an ectopic pregnancy on 17 th of March. On 4 th of April my HCG was at 0 and the mass had gone. I had very slight bleeding on the 12 th of April. I haven't got my period yet and the doctor has prescribed regestron for 10 days to induce a period. My question is why didn't I ovulate naturally? Also can this become a long term problem? I used to have very regular menses. Thanks

It takes time for return of ovulation after any pregnancy whether ectopic or missed abortion. It shouldn't be a long term problem. Consult your gynaecologist for further questions and clarifications
