Period question
Asking for a friend . If the periods are coming for 2 to 3 days but every month regularly. Earlier she used to have mostly atleast 4 days bleeding. But since last 6 months after covid, she is getting a month heavy and light alternative and some times both light(2 to 3 days). Is this change normal and because of age?
Can you suggest any medications or syrups that could be taken ?
