Period problem
Last month my period was delayed 10 days. I took blood preg test twice and it was negative. I got my periods but with less flow. This month I got my period just one day delayed. The flow is very low and blood is darker with some clots. It almost stopped on my 3 rd day. My period was regular before I started my weightloss practice with the help of zumba. I am having all the period pain and leg pain. There was no unprotected intercourse. Please help me with this. Is this anything to be concerned about?
