  4. Period or pregnant. Pls kindly help!

My last LMP was June 4th My cycle is 35 - 38 days long I'm 37 years turning 38 in few months Is it possible I might be perimenopausal I'm having cramps but no sign of periods I've done multiple tests All are negative I'm unable to understand why I'm facing this I'm extremely bloated and none of the home remedies are working pls kindly help
