Period or due to fibroid
I had a surgical abortion on 1st April and had bleeding till 9th April Just a little bit more than spotting after that I had bleeding from 16 th to 30 th April. In starting more than regular period flow after a couple of days it is a little more than spotting. The doctor said that it is due to the cervical fibroid measuring 12*9mm. I started bleeding again today on May 12th. The flow is less than regular period flow and light brown. My question is, is the bleeding due to fibroid or is it my period. But, before bleeding I used to have legs and back pain, breast heaviness, and pimples for the last couple of days like my period symptoms I used to have before. How could I know if it is period or bleeding due to fibroid.

This could also be due to incomplete abortion. Please get a sonography done and consult with the Gynecologist who did your surgical abortion.

After surgical abortion this much bleeding doesn't happen. Do a ultrasound scan and connect. Cervical fibroid will not cause this much heavy bleeding. It must be there before your Abortion too, that time if your periods were normal then cervical fibroid is not the reason. Connect
