Period of 1 day. I plan to conceive?

From past 4 months i am getting period for 1-1.5 days only but it is regular with normal bleeding.before dat I used to get 2.5- 3days period.My doc said ovulation is not occuring properly.he has put me on oral contraceptive pill ginette 25 for 3 months.i have a 4yr son n we want plan 2nd baby in next 6 months.i want to know by taking DSE contraceptive pills will i have problem in conceiving normally since DSE pills are used to prevent pregnancy.also my son is language delayed will taking dis medicine have any side effects on d baby when i plan to conceive?My gynea has advised me to reduce weight my current weight is 78kgs n height is 163cm.i have undergone ectopic pregnancy 2 yes back n my right fallopian tube is removed.plz advice.
