Pep and HSV 1
Can Hiv Pep be taken along with Valcovir for HSV 1 or it may cause side effects. I have just started HIV pep as a precautionary measure after unprotected genital skin to skin contact without any penetrative sex. But I am experiencing symptoms of HSV 1. Earlier also I got tested for STDs and all were negative except HSV igg 1. So, is it safe to take valcovir along with HIV prep or should I wait for 28 days and then start it.
