Period late
I have done sex relation 18 of fabuary. And 29 of fabuary i check my pregnancy who was show negative . And 3 of march my period came . But this month April's period missed.but i m not make the any relationship after last period . So why my period was late.

Sometimes there is spotting or light bleed even in pregnancy

repeat pregnancy test..if negative you can wait for natural cycle..
if positive consult your gynecologist
