Period issue
I do have irregular cycle for hormonal imbalance.I got married now but still my Cycles are not regular.I missed my period and upt is also negative.The concern is I want to conceive after two years so shall I start my treatment now?how can I get pregnant with an irregular/ missed Cycles?my all hormonal test & USG normal except high testosterone & low vitamin D.Shall I start my treatment from now or I have to wait for more time ?are birth controls are safe to use?does it increase side effects? please suggest.how long I can use OC?

Follow healthy lifestyle, eat healthy balanced diet green vegetables salads and seasonal fruits, drink adequate water, avoid oily spicy and sugery food,do regular exercises and stretches yoga, these things will help you in your hormonal balance and also  in your conception whenever you want.

Hi dear It is better u start treatment now itself and plan to concieve within 1 yr as age advances chances of pregnancy will be reduced

Take Tablet Normoz once a day for a month Take Calciferol sachet twice a week for 6 weeks and then weekly thereafter

Take early morning sunshine from 6-8 am for 10 minutes daily

Hallo So it is safe to use OC at a stretch for only 5 years ,not more than tht

I would advice you to get one USG suggestive of ovarian status  whetehr to know tht if you are Hving PCOD
