Hi,I'm having regular periods from past so many years, during Covid I'm having pcos now I'm not having pcos ,got regular periods, but last month I got my period on 42 day (may 17 but my period date is May 5th),so I consult doctor they gave me my pill tablets I used it for 21 days i.e they end on June 10th, yesterday night during urination spotting/ light bleed was observed i tought I got periods, till now there is no bleeding,
My doubt is
1)why I'm not getting period after using my pills
2) if that spotting is considered as period then why no bleeding was happening till now

Spotting is not considered a full period. Withdrawal bleeding may take up to 7–10 days after stopping the tablets. If you do not get proper bleeding by then, please consult your gynecologist.
