Hello ! After my second delivery I had my family planning operation. After operation I had my periods normal . We didn't intercourse for 6 month . After 6 month I had unprotected sex and after two days my periods came but this month my period is late by 7 days . We didn't had sex . What does it mean?

If breastfeeding the period is irregular.
Get ultrasound scan and other blood test done to know the reason.
