Period flow is less
My periods flow becomes very less just after marriage. Before marriage flow was good. It's now 2 years passed but still flow is less. Is it because of hormonal imbalance. Here am attached report of hormones and AMH. How to make periods flow normal please advise some medicines

Your hormone levels are normal. AMH within normal limits. Have you checked your haemoglobin and Thyroid levels as well ? Changes in them can cause this . Also if your cycles are regular then its not worrisome

The reasons for scanty periods are
Lack of exercise n weight gain
Deranged thyroid
Pcos
U can get ur thyroid levels checked
Exercise if u hv gained weight
Get an ultrasound done to rule out pcos
Amh is normal
There is no medicine to improve a flow of a scanty period
